Job Description

  • Lead the full finance function in Thailand, covering FP&A, accounting, cash flow, AP/AR, and financial systems.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, including pre-event planning and post-event closing.
  • Monitor and control budgets across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and insights to senior management and board-level stakeholders.
  • Develop financial models and revenue projections (ticket sales, sponsorships, FX impact, audience trends).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks in a high-intensity, project-driven environment.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate with auditors, legal teams, banks, and authorities.
  • Oversee supplier contracts and payment processes, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the finance team while managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, ideally within fast-paced or project-based environments.
  • Experience in events, entertainment, or similar industries is an advantage.
  • Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-driven with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
