Job Description

  • Oversee daily finance and accounting activities across multiple sites
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with international standards
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews for plant operations
  • Strengthen cost management practices and improve transparency in financial data
  • Support operational teams with financial insights to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Take ownership of system improvements, including ERP enhancement and reporting tools
  • Standardise processes and introduce more structured workflows within finance
  • Develop and coach a small finance team, providing clear direction and support
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders locally and internationally



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certification is advantageous
  • Solid experience in finance within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical foundation in accounting, costing, and financial analysis
  • Exposure to ERP systems and involvement in system or process improvements
  • Ability to work hands-on and manage tasks under tight timelines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting team development
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, transformation-focused environment
