Job Description

  • Lead complex financial due diligence assignments for key clients
  • Analyze financial and operational data to assess business performance
  • Identify earnings quality, financial trends, and potential risks
  • Prepare adjusted financial statements and pro-forma reports
  • Conduct industry and company-specific research as needed
  • Engage directly with clients and target companies during fieldwork
  • Mentor junior team members through coaching and training initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Thai nationality with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • CPA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA is a plus
  • 3-5 years (AM) or 5-6 years (Manager) in due diligence, advisory, or audit
  • Experience with international accounting firms preferred
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence
