Job Description

  • Lead all finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Partner with senior management to drive business strategy and financial performance.
  • Deliver monthly management accounts, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Act as the finance lead for shareholder and joint venture governance matters.
  • Prepare financial presentations and materials for board and executive meetings.
  • Manage relationships with shareholders, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Support procurement activities and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee capital expenditure planning, investment evaluations, and business case preparation.
  • Lead ERP implementation and finance process improvement projects.
  • Coordinate external audits, insurance renewals, and compliance activities.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Professional accounting qualification.
  • Proven experience leading finance functions within multinational organizations.
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and business partnering.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and non-finance leaders.
