We are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive financial strategy, enterprise performance, governance, and value creation across a multi-business organization. This role will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while leading finance, accounting, business performance, treasury, and procurement functions.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and long-term value creation.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and decision support.
  • Lead financial evaluation of investments, development projects, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Establish robust performance management frameworks and executive reporting dashboards.
  • Drive profitability, operational performance, and resource allocation through data-driven financial analysis.
  • Lead treasury activities including liquidity management, cash flow planning, and funding strategies.
  • Manage banking relationships and evaluate financing structures to optimize capital efficiency.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting and consolidated results.
  • Strengthen accounting governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Oversee audit activities, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial oversight of hospitality and operating assets, ensuring effective governance and performance monitoring.
  • Establish procurement governance frameworks and drive cost optimization initiatives.
  • Lead finance transformation projects, including automation, digital reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled processes.
  • Build and develop high-performing finance teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
  • Professional accounting certification such as CPA, CPD, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
  • Strong expertise across financial planning & analysis, accounting, treasury, reporting, audit, risk management, and business partnering.
  • Experience within real estate, hospitality, asset management, property, or diversified business environments is highly desirable, with strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
