Job Description

  • Lead monthly closing and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in line with international and local standards
  • Oversee statutory reporting and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory requirements
  • Manage tax compliance, including timely filings and handling inquiries from tax authorities
  • Coordinate and lead both internal and external audits, ensuring smooth and successful execution
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls aligned with corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal policies
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation, efficiency, and standardization
  • Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and present actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Act as a key liaison with regional and global finance stakeholders
  • Support business decision-making through financial analysis and insights
  • Ensure alignment between local operations and global finance objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPD; additional certifications are a plus)
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role within a multinational and manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
