Job Description

  • Oversee full-spectrum finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Lead month-end close, management reporting, and variance analysis for senior stakeholders
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with regional timelines
  • Manage cash flow planning and provide regular forecasting updates
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements
  • Strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks in line with global standards
  • Partner with operational teams to provide commercial insights and improve business performance
  • Support revenue optimization and cost control initiatives across all business streams
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting and KPIs
  • Oversee procurement finance processes, ensuring transparency and compliance
  • Manage payroll review and oversee insurance-related financial activities
  • Lead financial system optimization (ERP environment such as Oracle or SAP)
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper documentation and controls
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage year-end statutory reporting process
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, setting clear performance objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • CPA or equivalent professional qualification would be a plus
  • Strong experience in multinational environments (US/EU companies preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience managing finance teams in operational environments
  • Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge (Oracle/SAP preferred) + advanced Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills with ability to partner non-finance stakeholders
