Job Description

  • Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance activities, ensuring effective financial governance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Manage budgeting processes, cash flow forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and present analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle corporate tax matters, including VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other related obligations.
  • Coordinate activities related to investment promotion privileges and regulatory incentives.
  • Review month-end account reconciliations and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with auditors, government authorities, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team to achieve business objectives.
  • Support special projects and business initiatives assigned by management.
  • Promote adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and workplace health, safety, and environmental standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance & Accounting Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in accounting and finance management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system is highly preferred.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
