  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production processes.
  • Manage and develop the factory workforce to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor and control budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies.
  • Ensure high standards of product quality are consistently met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Factory Manager should have:

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry, particularly in factory operations.
  • Excellent understanding of production processes and quality assurance standards.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and implementing operational improvements.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
