Job Description

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and facility systems.
  • Conduct facility inspections and preventive maintenance programs to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Manage building repair and maintenance activities, including structural works, plumbing, drainage, and general facility upkeep.
  • Lead construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects while monitoring timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
  • Supervise the operation and maintenance of HVAC, ventilation, and related building systems, while identifying energy-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure quality delivery and compliance with company requirements.
  • Prepare maintenance budgets, monitor project expenditures, and provide regular reports on facility performance and key initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in facility management, building maintenance, infrastructure, or engineering project management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, utilities, building construction, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, and construction or renovation projects with a focus on cost, quality, and safety.
  • Good understanding of safety regulations, facility compliance requirements, and budget management, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
