Job Description

  • Penetrate and expand export sales across Asia and APAC through bold and effective market strategies.
  • Drive new market entry by appointing distributors and securing key customers.
  • Manage key accounts, driving revenue growth, margin performance, and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and business planning with overseas partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations, product compliance, and sustainable growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5-8 years of export sales experience, with a proven track record of driving growth across regional markets.
  • Established network of distributors, customers, and business partners, with demonstrated success in opening new markets across Asia and APAC.
  • Strong commercial negotiator with hands-on experience in distributor management.
  • Solid expertise in export operations, trade compliance, and cross-border business management.
