Job Description

  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies in line with organisational goals and policies.
  • Provide expert advice and support on all aspects of employee relations to managers and team leaders.
  • Manage and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Facilitate training sessions on employee relations topics for staff and management.
  • Prepare and present reports on employee relations metrics and initiatives to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ER Lead should have:

  • A strong background in employee relations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • A solid understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Thai Nationality, deeply understand Thai Labour Law
