Job Description

Electrical Engineer (Design)Engineering Design & Delivery

  • Design electrical systems and prepare calculations, drawings, and technical documentation [Electrical Engineer | Word]
  • Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and project requirements



BIM & Digital

  • Develop and manage Revit models and construction drawings [Electrical Engineer | Word]
  • Maintain BIM standards and update models throughout projects



Coordination

  • Work with multidisciplinary teams and support design coordination
  • Provide technical support during construction phases

Electrical Engineer (Site)Site Execution

  • Supervise electrical construction work and monitor progress onsite
  • Ensure installation complies with drawings and specifications

Technical & Reporting

  • Review shop drawings and resolve site issues
  • Prepare reports and maintain project documentation

Safety & Coordination

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders

Leadership (for Manager-level candidates)

Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead electrical design and/or site delivery across projects
  • Manage quality, schedule, and technical outcomes



Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Mentor engineers and support team development
  • Act as key contact for clients and project stakeholders



Technical Oversight

  • Review deliverables and resolve complex engineering issues

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3-7+ years of experience in design and/or site project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site practices
  • Good basic knowledge of software tools: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
  • Ability to review shop drawings and resolve onsite issues
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Professional Engineer (Thailand) license required
  • Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and stakeholder management
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • For site roles, candidates should be willing to work six days per week and be assigned to upcountry project locations.
