The position involves working closely with partners to deliver high-quality content, enhance market positioning, and support business development initiatives through structured and impactful execution.

Job Description

1. Content, Social Media & Visibility Strategy

  • Define and execute the firm's social media and LinkedIn strategy
  • Create and oversee high-quality posts, publications, and thought leadership content
  • Ensure consistent, professional, and impactful online presence
  • Leverage internal knowledge and technical resources to produce relevant and engaging content



2. Partner Support (Key Dimension)

  • Work closely with partners to support their BD and visibility needs
  • Translate complex legal or business topics into clear, client-friendly content
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for partners, in a fast-paced and demanding environment



3. Marketing & Brand

  • Oversee marketing materials (presentations, credentials, profiles)
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all external communications
  • Support initiatives to enhance the firm's brand and market positioning



4. Knowledge Management & Thought Leadership

  • Structure and manage internal knowledge and content
  • Build a pipeline of publications, insights, and communications
  • Ensure content is aligned with business priorities and reusable across teams



5. Team Management

  • Manage and develop a team of 3-4 BD/marketing professionals
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and efficient coordination
  • Act as a "player-coach" combining execution and supervision



The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing / business development within professional services (law firm, Big 4, consulting)
  • Strong experience in content creation, LinkedIn strategy, and digital communication
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and operate in a partner-driven environment
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Organized, responsive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
