Job Description

  • Lead nationwide retail operations to elevate performance and brand experience.
  • Drive strategic growth through smart planning, merchandising, and execution.

  • Oversee store expansion, leases, and openings to grow the retail footprint.



The Successful Applicant

    • 10+years' retail leadership experience in fashion, sport, or lifestyle.
    • Strong operations, merchandising, and store development expertise.
    • Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive performance.
    • Skilled in data‑driven planning with solid Excel, SAP, and systems knowledge.
    • Fluent in English with a strategic mindset and execution excellence.
