Job Description

  • Lead month-end closing and deliver accurate financial reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, including COGS, VOH, FOH, and cost variances.
  • Monitor product costing, gross margin performance, and profitability drivers.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
  • Partner with production and business teams to improve financial and operational performance.
  • Manage CAPEX evaluation, ROI analysis, and expenditure tracking.
  • Provide costing insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
  • Coordinate annual standard cost updates and support ERP/SAP costing enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement actions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cost Controller should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost controlling, or plant finance environments.
  • Strong expertise in cost accounting, cost variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively to stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP systems, and manufacturing costing modules.
