Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate all quotation‑related documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive the end‑to‑end quotation process by consolidating cost inputs from multiple teams.
  • Analyse product costing and pricing to assess margin and profitability for new bids.
  • Maintain and update standard cost structures and pricing databases within internal systems.
  • Prepare cost models and profitability analysis to support senior management decision‑making.
  • Ensure proper control, tracking, and confidentiality of all quotation‑related data and documents.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in costing, audit, or analytical roles within manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong foundation in cost analysis and financial modelling, with the ability to interpret profitability and P&L impact.
  • Advanced Excel capability is essential; experience with macros is a strong advantage.
  • Background in engineering, finance, audit, or a manufacturing‑related discipline.
  • Strong both Thai and English communication skills, comfortable working directly with senior leaders.
