Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth commercial analysis across sales channels, pricing, promotions, and customer behavior to uncover growth and margin opportunities
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and decision-support frameworks for new initiatives and expansion plans
  • Support execution of key projects by structuring plans, tracking milestones, and evaluating outcomes after implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical insights and actionable recommendations
  • Design dashboards and KPI frameworks to improve visibility on business performance and key drivers
  • Enhance data quality and usability by integrating inputs from multiple systems and sources
  • Apply modern tools, including AI, to streamline processes and improve speed and quality of analysis
  • Contribute to planning processes such as budgeting and forecasting when needed
  • Assist leadership in prioritizing initiatives and improving overall execution effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

  • 5-9+ years of experience in commercial analysis, business analytics, strategy, consulting, or similar roles
  • Background in consumer-facing industries such as retail, F&B, hospitality, or multi-site operations is preferred
  • Proven ability to translate analysis into tangible business decisions and measurable outcomes
  • Experience supporting projects, process improvements, or operational rollouts
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including modeling and data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Ability to work with multiple data sources and connect operational and financial insights
  • Interest in AI, automation, and process optimization tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams in English
