Job Description

  • Drive growth and client retention across financial professional services in the region.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior professionals.
  • Manage end-to-end client service delivery and strategic account planning.
  • Strengthen regional and global relationships to expand business opportunities.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years in insurance with financial lines broking expertise.
  • Strong client and (re)insurer relationships across the region.
  • Capable of working independently with strong ownership mindset.
  • Skilled in business development, project management, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborative, analytical, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
