Job Description

  • Manage and evaluate non-motor insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Assess claim documentation and determine coverage eligibility in line with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve claim issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the claims process.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate claim records in the system.
  • Provide recommendations for claim settlements based on thorough analysis and investigation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims management processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Claim Non-Motor professional should have:

  • A strong background in the insurance industry, specifically in non-motor claims.
  • Proficiency in evaluating claim documentation and policy coverage.
