Job Description

  • Lead the planning and development of data centre projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organisational goals.
  • Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise project performance and outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout project phases.
  • Manage project compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Development Officer - Data Centers should have:

  • Proven expertise in leading large-scale enterprise projects, particularly in data centre development.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in technology, engineering, or a related field
