Job Description

  • Lead the implementation and deployment of a new payroll system integrated with the global HRIS (Workday), acting as the project owner from planning through stabilisation.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including policy review, market competitiveness, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll governance by reviewing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll processes and outputs.
  • Develop and deliver HR, compensation, and workforce analytic reports to support business and management decision-making.
  • Lead annual headcount budgeting, personnel expense, planning, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights on workforce costs, compensation, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
  • Drive process improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and employee experience across C&B operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Analytics, or a related HR function.
  • Proven experience in payroll management and governance.
  • Experience leading or participating in HRIS/payroll system implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to decision-making.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong capability in data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in Ayutthaya.
