The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings, layouts, and plans for construction projects within the commercial and industrial building.

Job Description

    • Develop and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
    • Prepare architectural, structural, and MEP drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
    • Coordinate design information with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
    • Update and revise drawings based on design changes and client feedback.
    • Ensure all documentation is organized and maintained according to company standards.
    • Support project teams during design development and construction documentation phases.
    • Assist in resolving design and coordination issues through BIM modeling and clash detection.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in CAD drafting or BIM modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and other BIM software is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, building systems, and industry standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
