About Our Client

A company operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector, located in Rayong

Job Description

  • Manage procurement activities for direct and indirect materials, components, and services to support business and production requirements.
  • Issue, monitor, and follow up purchase orders to ensure accurate pricing, quantities, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding lead times, shipment schedules, order status, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Prepare and maintain import/export documentation while liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers for smooth clearance processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning, production, warehouse, quality, and finance teams to maintain supply continuity.
  • Analyze purchasing and logistics performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, ensure ERP data accuracy, and proactively mitigate supply chain risks.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, logistics, import/export, or supply chain functions within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export documentation, BOI procedures, and ERP systems.
  • Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Very good communication in English
