An organisation operating within the retail/FMCG industry, located in Bangkok.

Job Description

  • Lead the Commercial BI and Analytics function and manage a team of analysts.
  • Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting systems for commercial stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and reporting automation to ensure accurate and timely insights.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Deliver insights on sales, pricing, promotions, customer behavior, margins, and category performance.
  • Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and self-service analytics capabilities across the business.
  • Partner with commercial teams to support data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, or Data Analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI (DAX, data modelling), and ETL/data preparation.
  • Proven experience building end-to-end dashboards, reporting solutions, and automated reports.
  • Strong understanding of commercial KPIs, sales performance, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Experience leading a team and working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Expreriecne in team management/ team leadership
