Job Description

  • Lead the design and delivery of BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL, Power BI, and analytical techniques to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with business teams to identify key drivers of performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Apply data science and statistical methods to solve business problems, forecast outcomes, and support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams to ensure data quality, governance, and scalability.
  • Develop and optimize data models, SQL queries, DAX measures, and reporting frameworks.
  • Drive data literacy and mentor team members on BI, analytics, and insight-generation best practices.
  • Lead BI roadmap execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Strategy roles.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, DAX, and data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with data science, predictive analytics, statistical analysis, and business performance modeling.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence business decisions.
  • Experience leading analytics teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Azure, cloud data platforms, CI/CD, and data governance is an advantage.
