Job Description

  • Coordinate daily operations across sales, marketing, logistics, and finance
  • Act as the central communication point for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the sales team with KPI dashboards, reports, CRM administration, and documentation
  • Assist with tenders, customer follow‑ups, order tracking, and distributor coordination
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, materials, and basic performance tracking
  • Manage core administrative processes including purchases, invoices, samples, and expenses
  • Improve workflows and ensure internal processes are followed effectively



The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Coordinator should have:

  • Fluent professional English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in sales support, business coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office Suite
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder‑coordination skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and performance dashboards is an advantage
