Job Description

  • Lead financial planning & analysis across sales, cost of goods sold, and operating expenses
  • Provide actionable insights through scenario analysis and performance tracking
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Challenge commercial assumptions and influence business direction to improve financial outcomes
  • Drive cost control initiatives including rebates, discounts, and resource allocation optimization
  • Co-manage pricing structures and oversee trade promotion and loyalty program governance
  • Ensure accurate tracking, settlement processes, and strong financial oversight of commercial activities
  • Act as the key liaison across local, regional, and shared service finance teams
  • Support financial reporting and alignment with group requirements and timelines
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with regional finance stakeholders on budgeting and performance management
  • Support audit processes, statutory reporting, and transfer pricing considerations
  • Improve financial processes through automation, digitalization, and data-driven solutions
  • Provide visibility and transparency on financial performance across business units

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial finance or business partnering within an MNC
  • Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or product-based industries preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/data tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders
