Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform branding decisions.
  • Manage budgets effectively to optimise marketing spend and ROI.
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials and brand guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with the overall company objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • Strong background in marketing or brand management within the FMCG industry, with exposure to both strategic planning and executional marketing activities.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies, product launches, and consumer engagement campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing on-ground and on-trade activation activities such as roadshows, concerts, campus activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer behaviour, and commercial performance to drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on brand growth, market visibility, and achieving business objectives.
