Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth of the Affinity Business segment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to ensure competitiveness and relevance of offerings.
  • Support the development of marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in budget planning and financial performance tracking for the Affinity Business unit.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP (Affinity Business Strategy & Support) should have:

  • A strong background in business strategy, operations, or a related field within the insurance industry.
  • Proven ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional reports and presentations.
