Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including annual salary reviews, bonus, insurance, and employee welfare.
  • Support compensation benchmarking, salary structure reviews, and HR budgeting.
  • Prepare payroll and C&B reports, analyses, and dashboards for management.
  • Coordinate with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to improve payroll and C&B processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai payroll, personal income tax, social security, and labor law.
  • Experience in the retail, FMCG, or multinational environment is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
