Job Description

  • Lead sourcing and procurement activities across assigned indirect spend categories.
  • Develop and execute category strategies to improve cost, quality, and supplier performance.
  • Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and supply risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and site stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive procurement process improvements, digitalization, and operational excellence programs.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Utilize SAP and procurement systems to support purchasing operations and resolve supply-related issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management.
  • Strong supplier management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working within multinational organizations and global supply chain environments.
  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and strong communication skills in English.
