Job Description

  • Develop and execute Thailand's carrier management and airfreight network strategy aligned with regional objectives.
  • Lead air capacity planning to support business growth, peak seasons, and major customer requirements.
  • Optimize carrier selection, route design, gateway setup, and network performance to achieve cost and service targets.
  • Own strategic relationships with airlines, carriers, and logistics partners to secure capacity and drive collaboration.
  • Manage carrier allocation, shipment flow, and flight operations coordination to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead carrier performance reviews, service quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support commercial negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization activities with airline partners.
  • Collaborate closely with regional carrier management, operations, and commercial teams to drive scalable growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in airfreight carrier management, airline management, network planning, or transportation management.
  • Strong track record in carrier negotiations, airline relationship management, and capacity procurement.
  • Fluent command in English
