Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full aftersales Revenue, operation, ensuring efficient service delivery across workshop, parts, and customer support functions
  • Drive service revenue, profitability, and operational performance in line with defined business targets
  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty
  • Implement and optimize processes, systems, and service standards to enhance operational efficiency and quality
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and take proactive actions to improve performance
  • Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a strong culture of accountability and service excellence
  • Manage relationships with customers, ensuring professional handling of feedback, concerns, and escalations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align aftersales activities with overall business objectives
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for the aftersales function
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Aftersales Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing aftersales or service operations within the automotive or a related industry
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance
  • Solid understanding of workshop operations, parts management, and customer service excellence
