Job Description

  • Provide expert oversight in operational and cost accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of financial statements aligned with IFRS requirements across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
  • Drive the budgeting process and support financial projections and business planning.
  • Design and implement effective tax optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders and external parties such as auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Communicate key financial updates and strategic insights to executives, board members, and shareholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Director should have:

  • Extensive background (10-15 years) in senior accounting roles within large enterprises or listed companies.
  • Possession of a CPA license.
  • Previous involvement in taking a company through IPO readiness or execution.
  • Hands‑on experience deploying or managing ERP platforms.
  • Willingness to work alternate Saturdays.
  • Ability to travel across company locations as business needs arise.
