Job Description

  • Lead and oversee monthly, statutory, and consolidated financial closing activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, trial balances, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage corporate accounting operations and financial transaction processing.
  • Oversee accounting activities related to operational units, distribution centres, and shared service functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, policies, and internal controls.
  • Strengthen governance and risk management frameworks across accounting functions.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Review and update accounting policies, procedures, and operating manuals.
  • Lead finance system enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to resolve technical accounting and reporting matters.
  • Manage external audit relationships and coordinate annual audit activities.
  • Support preparation of statutory and group financial statements.
  • Develop and coach accounting managers and finance professionals to enhance team capability.
  • Deliver technical accounting and tax guidance to business stakeholders.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on financial accounting, reporting, and compliance matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA qualified.
  • 8+ years of accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibility for finance teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards, IFRS, and taxation regulations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and complex finance environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical capability.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and develop teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing audits and financial reporting processes.
  • Results-driven with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
