This permanent Plant Manager opportunity in the FMCG Food industry is based in Nakhon Pathom. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end production operations, including Production, Quality, and Engineering.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations and ensure optimal performance in plastic and packaging manufacturing company. Located in Bangkok this role focuses on managing overall plant activities including Operation Manager, Manufacturing, Engineering, P&L to ensure profitable plant.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring quality standards, optimising production efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in large-scale manufacturing, capable of managing complex operations and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the management of the HR department, functions and tasks. This is done in close cooperation with (line) managers and the Management Team of the factory. The HR Manager works closely together with the Global HR team to ensure the HR strategy, policies and ways of working are consistent implemented while still local relevant.

This role leads the Human Resources function in an electronics manufacturing environment, driving HR strategy and operational excellence to support business growth. The Senior HR Manager will partner closely with plant leadership to strengthen organizational capability, develop future leaders, and foster a culture of quality, innovation, and employee ownership.

As a key member of the Thailand Country Management Team, the Plant HR Manager will lead all HR functions at the plant level, acting as a strategic partner, coach, and employee advocate. This role ensures alignment with global and regional HR strategies while supporting a high-performance, compliant, and engaged workforce.
