Location: Thailand

Dotted Line to: Regioanal HR Director
Team Size: 1 direct report | Plant size: < 100 employees
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Thai
Preferred Background: Global manufacturing environment

Role Overview:As a key member of the Thailand Country Management Team, the Plant HR Manager will lead all HR functions at the plant level, acting as a strategic partner, coach, and employee advocate. This role ensures alignment with global and regional HR strategies while supporting a high-performance, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local HR policies aligned with global standards.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Manage compensation reviews and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies.
  • Oversee HR operations, systems (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors), and reporting.
  • Foster employee engagement and support internal communication initiatives.
  • Coach managers and support employee relations and conflict resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a global manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor law, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
