Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of client advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly commercial action plans
  • Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics to drive business decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve store performance across operations, merchandising, and client engagement
  • Ensure execution of premium retail and service excellence standards
  • Monitor competitor activity and implement strategic counteractions
  • Deliver hands-on coaching on the sales floor to elevate team performance
  • Provide real-time feedback and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve selling skills
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top retail talent within the team
  • Drive team engagement through motivation, recognition, and performance management
  • Enhance client portfolio growth through personalized clienteling strategies
  • Ensure high-quality client data capture and consistent follow-up practices
  • Support the team in creating memorable, high-touch client experiences
  • Drive private appointments and client engagement activities to generate sales
  • Handle client concerns professionally while maintaining a premium experience

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in leading a sales team and achieving commercial targets
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire teams
  • Background in luxury retail or premium customer-facing environments
  • Ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems (POS, CRM tools)

  • Competitive salary ranging from 1296000 THB to 1584000 THB per annum.
  • Additional benefits, including an annual individual bonus of 10-12%.
  • Commission opportunities based on store performance, with potential earnings of up to 80,000 THB.
  • 18 days of annual leave (no carry-over) and two days off per week.
