Job Description

  • Lead full project delivery: requirements, modeling, testing, and final implementation
  • Support clients with product data setup (BOM, pricing, design rules, etc.)
  • Provide training on parametric modeling and system usage
  • Analyze client needs and tailor implementation plans
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery
  • Optimize client workflows and promote product features
  • Maintain strong client relationships and drive retention, renewals, and adoption
  • Use data insights to identify issues and improve performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree; fluent in English
  • 3+ years in furniture manufacturing or related industry, with implementation/technical service experience
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max)
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in client training and cross-functional collaboration
