  • Lead trade strategies for Non-Food categories to drive growth over Thailand.
  • Plan impactful promotion campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer visits.
  • Collaborate with merchandising to unlock category potential and promotions.
  • Align category plans with company-wide trade initiatives.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing trade planning team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years in Trade Marketing, Planning, or Promotions from FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Retail Strategy background
  • 5+ years in leadership roles with proven team success
  • Strong strategic mindset with deep category and customer insights
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator with sharp analytical and decision-making skills
