Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end distribution center operations, covering warehousing, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, and workforce planning.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse automation solutions, including automated storage and picking technologies.
  • Manage automation projects from initial planning and deployment through go-live, stabilization, and operational handover.
  • Ensure effective utilization of WMS, ERP, and automation systems to maximize productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and service performance, identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and develop management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and safety.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align warehouse operations with broader supply chain and business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading warehouse automation projects from setup and implementation through post-go-live operations management.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of WMS, ERP, ASRS, Mini Load, Pick-to-Light, or related warehouse automation technologies.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale distribution center or logistics operations within retail, e-commerce, or logistics environments.
  • Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Good communication in English
