Job Description

    • Work closely with customers to understand application needs and propose suitable engineering solutions.
    • Act as engineering owner to translate application requirements into product features and lead technical reviews and validations.
    • Conduct technical presentations, training sessions, and seminars for customers and internal teams.
    • Support field return part analysis and provide application-based technical insights.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, project management, quality) to ensure smooth project launches



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering or product development within the automotive sector.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Solid technical knowledge of automotive mechanical components (bearing knowledge preferred).
  • Good command of spoken and written English, with willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
