Our client is looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to join a dynamic and growing team in Bangkok. This role will play a key part in managing accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting across both Thailand and regional entities.

Job Description

  • Manage full-set accounting including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and general ledger
  • Perform monthly closing, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Record transactions and maintain books
  • Prepare financial statements for Thailand and regional headquarter reporting
  • Handle tax filings and submissions in Thailand and support regional headquarter reporting requirements
  • Review AR aging reports, monitor collections, and manage bad debt provisions
  • Perform inventory accounting and reconciliation (critical for this role)
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong background in inventory accounting and reconciliation
  • Good understanding of IFRS and US GAAP
  • Thai speaker with fluent English proficiency
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
