Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all regulatory licensing activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle product registrations, renewals, and approvals to support commercialization of private label and exclusive brand products.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities to submit applications and follow up on approvals in a timely manner.
  • Ensure import licenses and other regulatory permits are valid and updated as required.
  • Act as the main point of contact with regulatory bodies for all submissions and compliance matters.
  • Track the progress of all applications and maintain accurate records of regulatory status.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure full compliance across products and operations.
  • Manage product compliance through laboratory testing and ongoing quality monitoring.
  • Coordinate testing schedules, submit samples, and review laboratory reports.
  • Identify and escalate any non-conformities from test results and ensure corrective actions.
  • Review product packaging and labeling to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
  • Support internal teams in preparing accurate regulatory documentation.
  • Provide guidance on quality assurance and compliance-related topics.
  • Maintain complete and organized regulatory documentation and product technical files.
  • Manage budgets related to regulatory applications and laboratory testing.
  • Conduct site visits to suppliers or manufacturers when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries.
  • Familiar with Grocery, Personal Care, and Household Care products.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory processes, licensing, and product registration.
  • Familiarity with laboratory testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with authorities and internal teams.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good command in English.
