A global technology retail organisation is appointing a senior regional leader to build and scale its Delivery & Value Realisation capability.

Job Description

    • Own and lead retail technology platforms across Asia Pacific, aligned with global IT strategy and architecture.
    • Drive successful delivery, adoption, and optimisation of enterprise retail systems supporting merchandising, supply chain, pricing, promotions, and store operations.
    • Lead multi-country internal IT and delivery teams, ensuring platforms support real retail trading conditions and operational needs.
    • Partner closely with senior retail and business leaders to translate strategy into measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
    • Own regional technology budgets, prioritisation, governance, and performance metrics.
    • Represent regional retail requirements into global roadmap and platform discussions.



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Senior leadership experience in in‑house retail IT, enterprise platforms, or digital transformation within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of core retail operations and systems (e.g. merchandising, supply chain planning, pricing, store execution).
  • Proven track record leading regional, multi-country technology teams across APAC.
  • Experience owning technology platforms end to end, including roadmap, budget, and operational performance.
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior business and retail stakeholders.
  • Experience working within global, matrixed environments.
