Our client is looking for a Regional business controller to support the business across Thailand and SEA countries. This is a high-impact role combining commercial finance, business partnering, and operational controlling.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive financial performance analysis, budgeting & forecasting
  • Lead pricing and profitability analysis
  • Act as business partner to sales & operations
  • Oversee credit management and cash collection
  • Monitor and optimize logistics and warehouse costs (inventory, storage, transportation)
  • Manage a regional finance team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Finance Controller should have:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in finance controlling within an international environment
  • Strong experience in Commercial finance / sales controlling, Financial planning & analysis, Business partnering
  • Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or warehouse cost controlling is highly preferred
  • Experience managing regional scope (Thailand + other markets) is a must
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE)
  • Thai speaker with fluent English proficiency
