  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive improvements.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Manage quality control testing and ensure accurate reporting of results.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and recommend preventive measures.
  • Maintain thorough documentation related to quality assurance activities and improvements.
