The company is a global leader in automotive interior components, specialising in the design, development, and manufacturing of innovative interior systems and solutions. It serves major OEMs worldwide, delivering high-quality products that enhance vehicle comfort, safety, and design through advanced engineering and technology.

Job Description

  • Lead the Quality Assurance function to ensure compliance with customer, corporate, and automotive industry standards.
  • Define and track key quality metrics aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute quality strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer requirements, and internal QMS standards.
  • Manage customer quality issues, including complaints, audits, warranty concerns, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee core quality processes such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive audit programs, supplier quality improvement, problem-solving activities, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field, with 8-10 years of quality experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience managing quality teams.
  • Strong expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA standards, and automotive core tools.
  • Proven experience in audits, customer quality management, and supplier quality development.
  • Strong leadership, communication skills, and fluency in English; auditor certification is an advantage.
