They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive service growth, expand customer relationships, and enhance lifecycle value for customers across Thailand.

Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute service sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
  • Expand lifecycle management and service solution adoption within existing and new customer accounts.
  • Promote and sell a comprehensive portfolio of service offerings, including maintenance, modernization, and advisory solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic account plans to support sustainable growth.
  • Lead and support contract negotiations to secure long-term service agreements and recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and installed equipment data to identify service opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and ensure successful project execution.
  • Support and coach sales team members when required and actively participate in key customer engagements.
  • Monitor market activity, sales performance, resource allocation, and customer financial risk.

The Successful Applicant



Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Service Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or related commercial roles.
  • Experience within one or more of the following industries:
    • Electrical and Power Systems
    • Industrial Automation
    • Data Centers
    • Energy & Utilities
    • Engineering Services
  • Proven track record in driving service revenue growth and developing customer accounts.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships and key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, or lifecycle service solutions.
  • Experience selling maintenance services, modernization projects, service contracts, or value-added service offerings.
  • Understanding of asset lifecycle management and service-based business models.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
